Overview: An
emphasis on reducing inventory levels and focusing on core
competencies has led many companies to turn management of specific
items over to key suppliers. With VMI, the vendor takes responsibility
to initiate replenishment and maintain agreed-upon levels based on a
shared demand plan. This class shows how to identify appropriate
products and processes, construct meaningful agreements and reward
systems and manage the vendor/customer relationship.

day; $375 per person when 2 or more attend from same company. Includes
