Overview: A common
problem in any organization is functional isolation- each area knows
its own activities but is often unaware of what goes on in other
departments or the cross-functional impact of individual actions. The
Planning and Execution Overview provides an overview of the total
planning and execution cycle, stresses the integration and links
between individual departments, and provides a basic understanding of
all manufacturing, distribution and financial functions.
