The requirements in defining a business plan are vastly different for a sole proprietor starting a local coffee house than those of a startup developing  new optical switching technology that hopes to go public in 5 years. Because of the differences in company size, budget, life cycle stage and complexity we offer varying levels of custom and packaged services in developing new business plans and analyzing current ones.

Existing plan analysis/review

We analyze your existing plan and offer a review report of strengths, weaknesses and recommendations based on the reason for development, the audience and your timing/budget considerations.

Basic plan

Begins with an initial Q&A format via web, e-mail and phone to develop the basic plan, with an optional bundle of hourly or remote consulting hours to enhance the company specifics and avoid a boilerplate look. Suitable for small startups and entrepreneurs with budget considerations that want to ensure coverage of all important points.

Industry plans

We have created specific models for technology manufacturers, software developers, and consulting and professional services organizations. The initial model and relevant questions are sent to your company for completion prior to our consulting visit for review, revision and amplification of key areas. Total consulting and preparation/delivery time depends on plan complexity, and is agreed upon prior to initiating the assignment.

Custom plans

Custom plans can be developed at any level to emphasize your company specifics and provide analysis of differentiations in your competitive, manufacturing/distribution, technology and marketing environment. The initial consultation determines the complexity, approximate time and and budget requirements. Each plan is specific to the target of raising debt or equity, or for internal strategic planning and organizational alignment purposes.
